It is my pleasure as your Queen to announce the First in Succession and therefore heir to the throne. Since my King, Colin and I have no children or natural successors we hereby declare that Victoria (e)VTECH be named Lady Victoria, Archduchess of the Empire.
Let it be so.
Victoria is to also be my Lady-In-Waiting and is to attend my court immediately.
